Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 working days of receipt only if the item is defected. Custom orders are not refundable.
Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition before a refund can be made.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A tracking number must be included. ​

If an order is returned because the buyer was unable to be contacted upon delivery,
a refund will be made minus shipping costs.​
Order Processing Times
Standard products are shipped directly, will be delivered within 5-7 weekdays.

Custom orders and orders of OOS products may take up to 15 days to deliver.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase date.
Please email us to cancel your order and to receive a full refund.
Jewelry Care
Do not expose your jewelry to any type of chemicals including soaps, perfumes or lotions.
(If you want to clean an item only clean it with warm water, if stains wont come off contact us)

Avoid long term exposure to strong light or heat.
Guarantees
All items are guaranteed for up to one year of purchase. For items that are damaged due to user mismanagement,
a repair fee may be applied.
